This website is run by Nomoja Limited (“we”, “us”). We are the controller of the personal data described below. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, why, and what your rights are.
What we collect
If you fill in the demo request form, we collect the details you enter:
- your name
- your work email address
- your business name
- the type of products you sell
Our hosting and form provider also processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details when you visit the site or submit the form.
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your demo request and to talk to you about Sayplee. We don’t sell your data and we don’t use it for unrelated marketing.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you have asked us to get in touch, and we need your details to do that. You can ask us to stop at any time.
Who we share it with
We use these providers to run the site and receive your request. They act on our behalf:
- Netlify, Inc. hosts the website.
- Formspree, Inc. receives the demo request form, stores submissions and emails them to us. It may also check submissions for spam.
Some of these providers are based in the United States. Where your data is transferred outside the UK, it is protected by the safeguards those providers use for international transfers.
How long we keep it
We keep demo requests for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, unless we start working together, in which case we keep them for as long as the relationship lasts. Then we delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to give you a copy of it. To do any of these, email us at the address below.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
